Takes too long, doesn't deliver on time, also if I pay for 2 day delivery ($20) during weekdays it doesn't show up...

The worst delivery system ever. Never delivers when they say....always running late.. by 5 days. Don't know why any one uses this company anymore horrendous customer service department too. Never can answer why so late all the time

My package has been delayed 3 times enreroute to me It is now less than 10 miles from me and it's still delayed. I will never purchase at this retailer again in fear FedEx will play games with my order and not get it to me on time. It 3+ days late now.

No Service in india at all, package delayed , unable to contact anyone here. Also they are closed on Sundays and any holiday.

Sitting in Phoenix for 3 days. The company my package was coming from said it would be delivered on Wednesday didn’t arrive. Then they said Saturday didn’t arrive now it is Tuesday.

Had a large box sent to my residence IN ERROR, meaning the shipper did NOT confirm the correct destination address. I called FedEx 6 (SIX) times for pick up back to the shipper. It only took a month and a half to get the package out of my life! If it were any other person, they would've tossed or kept the package with the goods!
