We received a package that was not ours. I called Fedx that evening gave them the tracking number my name and address. They said it would be picked up in 24 hours, well that didn’t happened so I called again and they said it will be picked up the next day. Well it’s now been 48hours and still at my house and I have been home for 48 hours. So now I am tossing it in the garbage because it had Persia blue in it from nutrisystem fedx is a joke.

To slow. To hard to talk to a real person at customer service.

Fedex has really dropped the ball here lately my packages never come to my house and it is really inconvenient

Great attention at the delivery post inside Walmart. The lady was very kind, nice and pretty fast reviewing and recieving the Package. Thumbs up!

The fedex app is a joke, it never gives you the correct info on where you package is and I even sign up to get notifications on when my package is on its way and when It gets delivered and haven't got one notification even tho I have already received the package.

Absolutely horrible. I requested a text on approximate time from the phone number provided on the door tag at 9am and it's now 130pm and still waiting for either delivery or txt? Great PR...

This is the second time I've had a package sitting in a distribution center. It's been in Northborough Massachusetts for 3 days. And was supposed to be delivered yesterday.

My package never arrived.

Always late and delivery never on time delayed

worst company I sent a package out on April 14 they picked it up on the 16 from the post office it is going Calexico ca and here it is the end of April and the company has not received it yet it left there facility enroute to the company Thursday and still has not reached the company that it should have been at by now I know I will never use smart post or economy as it's called to return a package ill pay to ship it ups never again will any of my returns go threw fedex

I believe is just the big name. Poor delivery services, full of delays and cancellation. Never again.

Terrible service. Paid almost$300 to ship to Italy first class. Took 3 times as long as they said. Then to pick up, wanted $220 government fees that I was not told about. Never ever again!! Being shipped back. And I I have to pay another @$100 to pick it back up. Totally ridiculous
