I was expecting my delivery waiting all day the track your package site noted that the delivery would be end of day today when it did not show I checked track delivery again and this time it said end of day tomorrow so after paying for urgent delivery and waiting all day was very disappointing I'll be using Purolator in the future

Antiquated updates from 19 hours ago. Keeps saying “Delivery by end of day.” It’s all a lie. I paid $90 for a piece of paper to get here in 24 hours. I kept my end of the contract but they didn’t. No recourse. There’s always an excuse but FedEx honestly doesn’t care.

Horrible delivery time. Was told I would receive my package in one week and it’s been two weeks already. I’m still waiting and it seems to be stuck

After paying 116$ cdn for a 2 day shipping service Fedex has lost my package. I have a refund for 25$ this is a total joke as the contents cost more than that. I will never recommend this company.

Poor service never gets to you on time. Leaves packages outside and does not knock on your door when he has delivered! Does not even deserve a one star 0 is more like it.

Terrible! My package was to have been delivered in Iowa but was delivered in Oregon. How in the world does that happen with a delivery company?

Poor customer service assistant. I wanted email at desk and female didnt greet or help any. Went to other desk and had to find card with email myself.
