Worst service ever. Customer service representative is not at all aware of any company's policy nor enough competent to respond accordingly with regards to customer concern. I was suppose to receive my parcel in 4 days from U.S. to is the 9th day and the tracking number is not showing the current location of my parcel. Just for the 2 used shorts and 2 used undergarments I was charge $151. And still needs clearance from Indian customs. I am shocked and amaze what exactly they are trying to detect in my used under garments. Ripe off

My package takes 4 days to get from America to the UK which is amazing but then it spends another 20 issue days sitting in your warehouse collecting dust !!! If you hold onto it for any longer I'll invoice you for it !!! All the great work done by FedEx US has been undone by FedEx UK ! Not happy

The worst service in the glove. They lie to us. They tell us they gonna send it in 3 days but unfortunately, it will take 13 days or so. I took service two times from them but the same thing happened two me. Don't believe them.

well the last package Usent to my mother the driver threw the box at the garage in th back of her house instead of walking it to her porch and ringing the bell, the package I just sent was supposed to be there today, but has been delayed I hope they have a little more respect with this one when it finally arrives. Not the best service, when you go inside to the iffice either, the woman behind the desk could use some training on customer service, I walked in and she was on the phone, sge could have said just one moment please, but nothing, then when the call was done, she just looked at me like wnhat do you want. I politely said I would like to mail this box, which the big box in my arms should have told her why I was there. People are just rude any more, I am glad I dont mail often, but I may just go back to the uspostal system.

Last 3 packages lost or sent to wrong location, this item cost $800.00 and is time sensitive with no clue about its location.
