I was given a tracking number for this company but when I put it in it can’t find it and when I tried calling it said the numbers have been disconnected. I feel I am not getting my parcel and like a few people have said, this is the worst company ever ?

I dropped off express parcel at Walgreens , it was scanned , no receipt for receiving parcel and said fedex would send text shortly, never received a text. Called fedex and told him I never received text, he had no idea what I was talking about and I finally hung up.Terrible company and customer service?
