They don’t have any information since 4/19/22 and this is the 4/25/22. Expensive item to be losing

Got package on time and in good condition. Nothing else I can really ask for. Overall good experience

Worst company in the world. Either late or they have no idea where your package is.

Fedex left a note to say Sorry We missed you. I was actually in the house so not sure whether they rang the bell or knocked but I was on the ground floor so they cannot have done either very loudly. When I tried to download the app using scan it said it is not available in my area (UK). I then went on line and saw a "talk to me" which I did but it is not Fedex but some random electronic company. Fedex competitors send text giving an estimated delivery time so why can't they; they have my number. Terrible service.

The driver ran over my water hydrant then left (with my package) never saying anything about running over my hydrant. When I found the water leak it looked like a lake out there. Fedex wouldn't even pay the $50.00 dollars i had to pay to fix it. Loosers!!! at least UPS disnt

The worst service ever. I still hasn’t received any updates and its been weeks already, . Representatives are trash . They know nothing about their job . Lot of delay Nd irresponsible people are working in this company. Cant trust fedex anymore. I will not use them anymore or recommend anybody.

FedEx have lost so much freight being sent to my house. Sloppy shipping practices. Piss poor customer service.

Never had so many issues with delivery as FedEx. Somehow Amazon, UPS, and USPS don’t have problems, but fedex can’t seem to ever get stuff correct.

I live in a secure apartment building and FedEx is so stupid that they don't know how to use a phone to call and have someone open the door so we can get our packages!!! It's been nothing but constant delays and aggravation with this company from the start!!! FedEx is the worst delivery service in this area!!!
