I give 1 star because there's no 0 star. They lost my package and it's was meant for a ceremony.

Excellent on-time service.

Worst shipping company ever. Drivers are too lazy to get out and leave packages on porch so they just throw them. Their tracking is a joke. Even if you are tracking a package they have no idea where it is. And finally they need to slow down on long driveways. People have animals that could run out in the driveway.

FedEx driver is awful. Three times in the last 3 weeks he dropped my package on the side of the road in a ditch. He left message that I have a gate on my driveway. I called customer service on the 2nd delivery and they promised it will never happen again. Five days later another ditch delivery.

The package was not delivered and I was home all day they said attempt to deliver but that was bull

Never gotten my packages on time... i wish the company i'm ordering from would switch to UPS.. supposed to get a package today at by 13:45 h at is now 21:47 h and still no Package .

I have been waiting for 2 days now and I have yet to receive my package. This is the second time this has happened. I have been home waiting patiently for 2 DAYS !!!!! Furthermore when you call FedEx, you can't speak with a person, all you get is a recording!!!! The worst Company I have ever dealt with!!!!!

Yall Drivers or slow and need classes to see where they going if my package suppose to be here between 10Am and 4:30.pm where is the driver and its all most pm I closed at 6:30 pm and am still waiting on my package but kind of business is yall FedEx is doing don't tell people one thing and have them.waiting this is unacceptable for a business

I sat home all day, missed a BBQ and no one could call me to say my package was delayed and not coming today????

Simply based on deliveries to my work address, this the worste out of all services that deliver.

Fed Ex has become the worst shipping company in the USA. They are never on time, packages damaged, and charge way too much. Amazon could teach them bout service on time. I won't use FedEx again. If that is the only way vendor ships, I will go to another vendor. They have proven to be the worst shipper from my experience.
