Terrible service trying to find out about my package is impossible.

FedexTracking is always a joke and it's been my experience that items sent by Fedex are damaged in transit.

Pkgs never show up on time. Had medicine overnighted to me and it showed up 2 days later. Tracking is useless. I wish there was a way to specify to NOT use fedex as the delivery service.

Been waiting almost 3 weeks for 2 parcels I ordered. FedEx has not even picked them up yet! No estimated date of delivery. Horrible service. Would never use again if I can help it.

Simply awful they never stand by their word

Fantastic service and the App was very informative. Very relieved after UPS lost the first consignment but FEDEX delivered Thanks

It said my package was supposed to be here at 430 today but it's not here now it's 144 am and still nothing and I am needing that package really bad

Totally frustrated and disappointed. Tacking number for consignment provided couldnt have been more wrong. There SHOULD have been some way to find out the delivery and tracking number didnt match. NOW! Where is my consignment? Cant be located without tracking number. Certainly UNPROFESSIONAL.

I was satisfied with my tracking service, my package came safe and product was in good condition

Terrible, absolutely the WORST carrier. Can even guarantee overnight delivery, which is what service was paid for.

Very unpleased with service , package was left on the trunk of a car im the middle of my front yard. The driver was too lazy to walk another 60 ft to put it on my porch . I have to rate 1 star but i actually need to rate them NO stars .

My parcel was not delivered on the due date because the driver didn't check my address properly and sent back my package. My parcel finally arrived 3 days later.

Worst company service

Excellent as always.
