I got my package from FedEx this morning on time and with a cheerful driver I appreciate it a lot thanks again.

The driver who just delivered my box from Factor meals just threw it onto the porch where it rolled down into the landscaping and flattened some ornamental grass. What a jerk.

My parcel containing trade samples was dispatched from the Netherlands on 6th of April which I was supposed to receive in Cardiff with in 3-4 working days but I have not received it till today 21st of April, I have been tracking it almost every day and it is showing stuck up at a French facility of FedEx due unidentified operational procedural delays for last 10 days.

Paid $6,000 for Airfreight from Florida on 20th Match apparently the crate is now just waiting at the depot in Stanstead UK awaiting delivery. No sense of urgency, no value for money apparently the attitude is, you’ll get it when we are good and ready.

Pathetic transport service. 3 days each in different hubs. Would arrive at address Friday 22 with TNT.

Tracking is useless no show yesterday and no time for the delivery today so another day of waiting in....what's wrong with giving an estimated time FEDUP with FEDEX
