My package is being held at one location for two weeks now and I’m still waiting. I was advised by customer service that they were waiting to see if they have more packages to ship to Texas before they continue to ship. I have never heard of such a dumb thing ever. I needed this shipment asap and was advised that I would receive it in 3-5 days. I will never use FedEx again. USPS is waaaay faster and more reliable. This company has really gone downhill and now considered the worst means of shipping.

Second time leaving my package at the end of the road too lazy to drive up to the house to drop it off so prized nobody didn't steal it. Wish companies would not use this service very unprofessional

This is the 3rd package they have put at the wrong address

I have been home waiting 3 separate days for my delivery each time been fed false info.

Package was delivered on time. The delivery driver was friendly and caring..Thanks for the great service

Two missed deliveries, first day missed no door tag, second day, door tags I finally signed for an item that was required signature only but they could never get through to me. Package was left in the lobby that I was supposed to sign for to receive it. Luckily it wasn't stolen It was a bad experience.

Still not delivered so many problems with FedEx not happy

Every to time I have used FedEx it's been no less then 3 days late most of the time I have to call and here lord from the rude SOB IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WILL DRIVE MYSELF BEFORE I USE FEDEX EVER AGAIN ??????

After 6 failed postal service failures, I was told by a friend to go to fed ex, so I did and not only were they on time but a day earlier. I am so glad I used this company and will never use the other jokers again. It was so worth a dollar or two more, they earn it. Thank you Fedex

convenient to use

Movie assistant at the FedEx store in Edina where I live told me he would send it air Express I paid extra money was no option it took 5 days to get there and it was late and Miss totally missed the party and the person that it was being shipped to not happy

It’s terrible service and money you charge is outrageous!

My package for Malaysia was sent to Guangzhou and was stuck there. I have to use Singpost speed post to resend my package. I will not use FedEx anymore
