They left the package to another address because it appears on the map, I go to that address and there is nothing, now my package does not appear and they do not respond.4/18/2022

After waiting a month for my parcel to arrive, I eventually got a delivery date for today. Needless to say, I was sitting in my apartment with my door open the whole day waiting, but when the FEDEX vehicle came past, he just drove by slowly looked at the apartment block and drove off without delivering anything. Useless, will never use them again. The driver never even made an effort to stop.

It doesn’t show location of my package after 3 days. Cannot find costumer service phone number.

My package was found on the street 3 and a half miles from my residence! This box had close to $100.00 worth of medications and return address showed that it was from Benefits in Florida covered by my health plan. Fortunately someone picked it up and put out on Facebook he was trying to find me. He kept it for me and I had to pick it up. Thank goodness he was a kind hearted person! Otherwise I would be without necessary medications! Please follow up with your drive in my area.

They don't care what you write here and it shows like there service and PR person, call MR. BROWN PANTS/SHORTS. Zero star but forced to put one or wont post..

8 days to go across half the US. Ridiculous. More vendors should follow Amazon or Ups model. Hell even USPS is better.

I ordered a package on the 9th said it would be here by today nothing! It still says it’s sitting in Illinois I don’t understand how fed ex still has business all their reviews are saying pretty much the same thing

Never on time. Never an accurate estimated delivery date. Always careless with your packages.

Mt package was supposed to be deluvered by 2:35 on the 15th. It's now the 18th and the tracking info says that there is no delivery date expected.

My package was not here on time but still got a text say it here but don't see so we're my package

2 days past delivery date and still no pkg. and no credible info from fedex

Delivered on time, as I have always found, driver was friendly and confirmed delivery on handheld. Packaging was in perfect shape, contents were the same.
