FedEx reviews

Sent a sensitive document from Boston on 30th April and still not arrived on 18th April. After numerous calls with their call centres, they still are not 100% sure where the parcel is. Extremely poor service from Fed Ex. Definitely would not use them to send a package.

Can't say anything good, service is slow packages thrown in driveway, delivery drivers lie, falsified signatures

Shocking appalling useless and don’t give a hoot that they are the crappiest delivery company on the planet Dint know why they bother with a review site they obviously don’t bother to look at it The CEO of this company should be ashamed of the misery he allows to be inflicted on customers. Delivery expected 4-10-2022 and still waiting 4-18-2022 and no one knows anything about my package. Ridiculous

Tell me how I pay for 2 day shipping and on day 2 my package is in Memphis…I’m in Arizona. Going to be another 3-5 days. Smfh this company is a joke. I know, I know it’s because of Covid ??‍♂️

I opted in to have my cell phone delivered overnight the package was picked up from FedEx on Thursday night it got to somewhere in Indianapolis Friday morning and it was supposed to be to me Friday night here we are Easter Sunday and it's still sitting in transit in Tampa Florida the next County over I paid for overnight shipping and here it is 3 days later and it's not going to get here until tomorrow or Tuesday I hope they give me a refund I'm the whole shipping cost and if they don't I will update this review

Late again on Fedex. Every time we us Fexdex items seem to be a day or 2 late.
