They don't seem to be able to deliver anything on time any longer

I was sitting at a job site waiting for a package got online to look up delivery time to my surprise the driver decided not to deliver my package and put on the package that no one was at the building which someone's been there since 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 in the afternoon and I know for a fact there was no FedEx driver shows up in front of my building because there's been someone in front of the building until 5:00 in the afternoon they have not seen not one FedEx truck they are the worst delivery company in a freaking world I don't know how they're making money.....

NEVER ON TIME.. rarely delivered to my home, usually have to track it down at a neighbors house?

I had a time sensitive package that I shipped through them. I was told it would arrive by a certain date. It's now 3 days past that date and it still hasn't been delivered. I will not use them again.

Another name for FedEx is disappointment

Worst delivery platform one could ever use. Please don't use FedEx for any courier service because they're bunch of disappointment

Have yet to get package but it's not due til Tues the 19th but tracking it looks like it could actually be here a day earlier then expected.

Worst service ever. Customer service is like nottttthing. It’s not always everything good when you deliver! But you should show your service when a problem occurres! My package was delivered somewhere else by mistake. It handed again to the Fedex guy and and now I have no track where it is! I hate your problem solving tips you don’t know anything about problem solving. ??????????????

Bad bad bad service...I purchase kids gift online,the send me with FedEx...when I check with the track number said delivery on 15...today is 16 and still said delivery on 15...but in the same moment said they waiting for item...I hope next time they use different company because with FedEx is very bad service

I understand that delivery dates and times can change but I signed up for the notifications on delivery and if there are any changes but not to my surprise no notification texts sent.

FedEx has never let me down. Always on time and my package, for the most part, arrives in fine condition. Thank you FedEx!!!

Package needed a signature. I was home. The driver left a door tag. Frustrating and extremely inconvenient. I called customer service. Having worked in customer service for over forty years years I was unimpressed.

Parcel two week late and cannot give me a delivery date
