FedEx has never let me down. Always on time and my package, for the most part, arrives in fine condition. Thank you FedEx!!!

I would rate Fed Ex a "0". There is 1 rating lower than poor and that's piss poor. The tracking is next to nothing, their delivery is even worse. If Fed Ex and UPS were to merge it would be called Fed UP.

Never received my package, paid for express service. It's still sitting somewhere. I was supposed to receive it by 8:00 p.m. late night, instead received a delay message at the time of delivery. Smdh! Pissed

My package is late I wouldn't use FedEx . Just saying

Worst shipping company ever. They have now lost 2 shipments. UPS and the postal service do not lose shipments.

The rep refused to research an expected shipment without a tracking number. I had a rep who previously was more than helpful in doing this for me.

Out of all the carriers, FedEx is the worst! Their drivers are lazy and leave your packages wherever, although I have a porch. They have left them in the driveway or in the yard somewhere. In addition, they seem to constantly have issues with their packages getting delayed and miss delivery dates. I have packages delivered almost daily and FedEx is the only carrier I continually have to call. If I had a choice, I would have my packages shipped FedEx!!!!

My parcel has been sitting at their depot for 3 weeks and customer service and my caseworker lied that it was customs when it was long released. What an awful awful company. Don't even bother calling customer service as 4/5 will tell you lies. Call the hub they are more honest and helpful. Stansted if you are in the UK.

Fed ex delivery is too slow never recieved package would not reccomend FedEx to anyone around the globe! Zero star was not an option I would rate fedex zero stars!

My package never made it to me. It was stuck 45 minutes away. When I called that location no one would call me back after several calls. Finally the company I ordered from got them to send it back to them. Bad communication and they can never find my address.

No Stars!! The service of Delivery is Very Poor!! The counter staff were courteous and helpful. BUT if you need something shipped and Delivered use UPS!!

My package is late my schedule said it'll be here on of 4/15 and y'all stop running packages at 8:00 and here it is 7:42 p.m. a package is not here so therefore is being late and I've gotten a lot of stuff ordered in the mail and brought that FedEx and this is the first time that's ever been late thank you and I hope you have a nice day
