Paid to have at my house by 10:30am. Now it5:20 pm still not here. Saw a truck pass my house twice. So them get 0 stars

Worst service, try your best to avoid. Especially on custom charges.

Had a package delivered in Jan 2022. Contents had been stolen. I've been trying to find out if any investigation has been done. Brick walls are easier to get answers from. I deserve to know if theft has been investigated and the results.

Never on time. Whatever date you're gave for delivery add at least 2 more days. Customer service is awful as well, and never has any answers.

My package was supposed to arrive yesterday. But it’s still in Mississippi; it’s been sitting there for three days. Smart Post has a habit of delivering slowly and missing its delivery dates.

No arrangements for hearing impaired. With me, it is necessary to KNOCK LOUD and MORE THAN ONCE. My instructions aren't delivered to Customer Service and I can't get tracking info.

FEDEX is the worst with shipping this tracking system been saying my package will be to me today. Its been saying that for 4 days now.

Couldn’t get any information from contacts, I was told nothing about when to expect my package. Still waiting.

I have had horrible experiences with my deliveries. Packages show up at wrong address, no matter how many times it's corrected. When it does show up the package looks like it's been threw he'll and back. Damaged merchandise not just once. Bit now 4 times where I've had to render items. Wait another 3 weeks to get the package. Very disappointed with the service. Try tracing it. Wrong info constantly. .

I ordered a package and it left the next day I ordered and they sent it through Fedex. I paid express for next day delivery it was supposed to be delivered on the 12th for a gift for my wife. 3 days late and the updates are still showing that it was shipped on the 10th. It’s been 5 days and and the facility where it shows my package shipped from is only 11 hours away.

Worst service ever Failed to deliver on 3 occasions so wasted 3 days waiting in Online chat service totally useless Eventually reached customer services who told me delivery would be expedited due to the nature of the parcel only to have to call them back a further 3 times to eventually be told that there would be no delivery and it would possibly be up to another 1-2 weeks because of backlog By the time this info was passed on to me it was too late in the day to begin sourcing an alternative It was the day before Easter bank holiday and we subsequently lost the contract as we were unable to start work after the break If you had been honest at 9am it may have been a different outcome Thanks FEDEX you are absolutely totally & completely useless

I get deliveries all the time my preferred carrier. 98% On time with tracking. Unlike others R&L XPO logistics Yellow are unreliable and don't care when they show up.
