You Need to figure out what's going on fedex is horrible right now multiple packages from you guys that do not get delivered on time because you don't feel like it but yet you charge people to do it think that's kind of illegal isn't it

I used to really want Fedex to deliver my orders. They used to be great. Now it’s just horrible. I don’t no what happened there, but it’s a nightmare.

You get no stars, horrible service. First some one with fedex lost the commercial paperwork. And now Iam waiting for my car part for over a week past the arrival date. Also no one dose anything there to help you. It’s really terrible.

Delivery is slow and drivers say Delivery was attempted but they wasn't..We live a rural area and if they don't want to come to our area then they don't...

My package is already one day late? This is a VIP document which is urgently needed. Why is FedEx not able to honor its commitment and ensure the delivery is on time? Very angry and disappointed!

I ordered my item on April 6 from Amazon. It is now April 13. It has gone from Houston to Newark, NJ. I am in Richmond, VA. How can it be taking that long????

They charged $10 more for the surcharge this week, and the packages were not even arrived.

You never update your tracking info. My package sat in one spot for multiple days. It never arrives on the day you say. Very frustrating. Ups is so much faster and more reliable.
