for the 4th time now,my packages have been delivered to the wrong house,I have big letters on the front of my house,what's up

It is a terrible experience because my envelope containing a document was meant to meet a deadline but I am yet to receive the envelope. This envelope has been in customs for clearance for more 9 days and counting. It's a terrible service, does anyone works in Customs Clearance?

Horrible Service you are not able to read or track your order unless you pay with a credit card and that is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable

My envelope arrived in the UK on 4th April and today is the 13th April and still yet to be delivered. They claimed that the envelope is in custom for clearance sine 4th April. The purpose of using FedEx was to have the envelope delivered quickly but it would have reached quicker, if I had chosen to use the Postal Service.

Been waiting 21 dsys so far and hasn't changed status. Not even in Australia yet. Shouldn't take this long from America to get to Australia. Nearly 21 days and nowhere in sight to be seen or heard of . Given wrong number 5 times to call so had to email. That email was replied to but still waiting for my goods . Nothing. No updates, no Nothing!!!

Our package was shipped from Dallas on April 7th. 5 days later it is still sitting in Dallas. What's the point of paying high price to FedEx when postal services can do better

Slow delivery hard to contact and charge £6 for the privilege. When package does arrive it will be the last time I will use ?

Horrible and slow service!!!! It shouldn’t take almost a month to receive something from Europe to Canada!!! And can someone explain it to me why is the package first goes to the USA and stays there for weeks? With the fee they asking just beyond ridiculous.

I made a purchase on eBay for an item that was planned to be sent by FedEx. It arrived at FedEx in Portland Oregon Walgreens FedEx on Thursday I tracked it Monday I want to find out that it did not make it on the truck because there’s not enough room for it. That to me as an excuse about.

I was very impressed with the delivery person and it arrived very fast. The driver was courteous & respectful of me and my package. Thank you FedEx.
