Waiting on package. Can't get answers.

Worst experience ever. Payed 128$ for 4 pages of documents. We're supposed to arrive last Friday. No idea what happened. Worst service ever. Do not use fedex. Not worth even 1 star.

Worst service in the industry overall

Fedex has been unreliable and has lost more packages that it has delivered to me.

Delivered a £4500 watch that should have been signed for by dumping it in my bin with a card hanging out of my letterbox.

U all are the absolute worst delivery company. I was supposed to get my package in 3 days and now it's going on to seventh, I hope how soon u all go under I have lost money just waiting on my packages.piss poor compan

UPS is better hands down

I'd rate it no stars if I could. They are the absolute worst delivery company. They never show up on time or notify you when they're running late until last minute. They won't even bother to knock before placing a door tag on your door. If they do send you a time frame you wait around all day & they don't show. They are not reliable whatsoever.

Fed ex is horrible. My package left Ohio heading to AZ was in AZ on Monday and now it's in New Jersey

Not very pleased.

I had to stay home all day yesterday. for nothing, but then there is delay due to impotence. there is always something about fedex.

What the hell are they doing? Losing packages nowadays is absolutely ridiculous. What are qr-codes good for? To give you the opportunity to track something whereever it might be.

Tracking packages is not accurate as any other delivery service or just to lazy to keep updated. They are paid to get our ( the receiving party) packages to us with no damage and to our convenience. That is what the whole purpose of delivery management if I'm not mistaken, bit with eligible packages. Understood, but the eligible packages shouldn't be eligible because FedEx still route and it's not a doubt in my mind they believe the package belongs to them until they get ready to deliver it. I'd rather pay extra and refuse to let my merchandise be shipped with UPS. UPS doesn't charge for letting customers managing their packages. FedEx is cra
