Every package I ever order that gets delivered by FedEx either never gets delivered on time or ends up lost

3 days late!!! Never usong Fedex again.

Once again package to be delivered on 4/1 and it is not here. FedEx is lost. Ship by a different carrier. Pony express would be better than FedEx.

You double charged me . The sender in the states paid 60.00 then with no warning inhad to pay 347.00 pesos. Double dipped overcharged

No live map tracker of truck, updates not accurate. Have you waiting all day for a package that say it's on the way but isn't. Horrible service.

Every time something is ordered from FedEx they I always late and then they say they delivered the parcel but there wasn't anyone home. They delivered it at 3:30 on Thursday. That is a total lie because I was outside all afternoon with the gate open. No one from FedEx came here. The thing is it happens every time the same way. I call about it and nothing gets done.

I would trust a donkey more than Fedex to actually do their job. It’s amazing how they could “try” to deliver a package 3 times when I was home all 3 times and the front office at my apartment complex was notified to sign for it but they said no one came to ask for a signature. What an absolute joke of a delivery service. Oh and customer service hung up on me while trying to resolve this issue.

Why is it that every single time I order something and it gets shipped through FedEx they tell me it's going to be here on Monday and then inevitably they tell me at the last minute of that day that it won't be here that day that it's going to be another day or two? They really need to get it together!
