If I could rate 0 I would. This service is absolutely terrible. They “tried” to deliver a mattress to my apartment complex 3 times and all 3 times I was there waiting for it. The front office knew to sign off on it on my name but no one came to ask for a signature. They did not even try to get a signature. Would never recommend using fedex for anything.

Said package was delivered 3-30-22 and seller shipped package 4-1-22

Had a E-bike delivered today the box had been opened and taped back shut, no it wasn't from shipping it was stapled shut the first time. It was suppose to be a signed delivery. Driver did not use a cart even through the box was 80 lbs, so we know how he hot it off the truck and up my driveway. It's signed delivery the driver walked away from house, I came out and said would you like my signature he said no nit needed. I said are you sure might want to scan it again unless you want to be responsible for the cost if the package

Unable to track my package, probably because it's coming from 'My Pillow'. Even with personal pkgs their tracking is terrible! I thought this was 2022? What...? They haven't hired any computer techs to code up a system? UPS makes it easy.

Worse delivery company no timeing my parcel still not delivered to my brother I posted on March 22,2022 and delivery date 25 March ,2022 but today is April 1st still not delivery yet.. still showing its pending but that's most important documents should delivered March 26 after there is no point to delivered .I request everyone please don't send any important parcel with FedEx internationally ...bad bad bad bad experience ???????????????

Never delivers when they're supposed to. Wasn't my choice for shipping.

You better get your packages from a scammer you will be better off. FedEx is a big joke. They are not FedEx they once were. It is the worst delivery service in the United State. Trust me I have dealt with all there is.

twice said package delivered and it wasn't. last it was signed for in California I'm in NY. 2 different shippers had to cancel order.
