Told parcel would be with me before 12am. Then end of day. 5 days later still no parcel. Spoke to fedex and they have no idea when it could be delivered.

They do not update tracking or give you notifications on parcel. They system never updates so your parcel will look like its been in one spot over 24 hrs throughout the day

You are the most unreliable, deceitful, ineffective and inefficient courier service I have ever dealt with. Parcel was give you on Monday in Lagos Nigeria to be delivered to London, no texts nor update from your company. DHL is far better and superior to you

Fedex is by far the worst of any delivery service. Constant delays and rerouting seem to insure you will not receive your package on time. I recommend any other delivery service. I will not be ordering from sites like fanatics or Mlb because fedex shipping is so bad

Why would FedEx leave a very large PKG (bed frame) in the apartment community PKG room instead of at my door? Hello??!! Now I have to find someone to help me with it. ?

Fed ex delayed my package without need

I stay at home a whole day for wait the package delivery, but FedEx never to come and got a msg “ Delivery attempted, but business was closed”! Is second time!

FedEx has the worst delivery performance I have ever experienced including this delivery. NO notification. Just a box appears on the porch in the rain. Would NEVER recommend FedEx for package delivery.

Very poor service offered by Fedex

FedEx is a joke. It says my item has been delivered, but it is not here. If you value your time, do not use FedEx. See you in hell, FedEx.

Absolutely horrible!!! My package was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd of this month, I received a phone call from fedex about the package having the wrong address, I correct the "mistake", they then say okay it'll be there on the 29th, on that day still no package, I spoke to someone again, they say "oh sorry ma'am, we'll have it to you on the 30th by 8, I spoke to them again last evening and they assured me that they spoke to the driver and it would be delivered by 8....still nothing, then I get a notice today saying that they are returning the package to the sender because of "bad delivery address" smh horrible, horrible service, the only reason I gave a 1 star rating is because there is no option for zero.
