FedEx service is getting worse FedEx Ground is no longer viable

This is the second time a package has said delivered and hasn't been delivered until a day or so later. First time it happened I freaked out until it finally arrived the next day. Now I'm used to it.

what a disgusting company, I do not recommend it at all, they are irresponsible, they tell you that a certain day will come, but your things never arrive, you only lose your money and you get stressed thinking when your things will arrive

Agent was rude when I asked her to change the names and address to include capital letters. She said most people like all lower case. That’s not the correct way and it was to be overnight with morning delivery. She was the most rude and unprofessional agent I ever encountered. But the usual service. Actually a ZERO star review

Fedex is amazing! Only carrier that I've used that gets me my packages on-time or early!

I was given an all day delivery slot, no between times. I popped down the local Post Office, leaving a note on the door in case the parcel arrived to leave it with a neighbour (both neighbours either side were at definitely home) during that short time the driver left a note to say “neighbours not in” and parcel was being returned to the depot, wherever that is. Poor show FedEx

FedEx officials do not seem to be reading the reviews. They work consistently with rigid thinking. All delivery companies try to communicate with customers somehow and struggle for improvement. It will not be a product that uses FedEx, and personally, I will never use FedEx.

Donated a truck to an out-of-state Habitat for Humanity. Sent the title via Fedex and they have lost it. Worse then USPS.

Always confused with the status and multiple tracking numbers that get sent.. after all that you never fail to charge lots of taxes and Don't even put us through to the customer service representative unless we say we will answer your survey questions post call... Well I'm beginning to believe all the stories I have read,they have their heads on backwards.

Your service literally had me waiting 3 days for packages you stated were on truck and would be delivered by 8PM. I had to pay an employer overtime wages to sit and wait for said packages that never made it on those scheduled days. I will never use your company ever again. You stuck and UPS and USPS is my go to choice now.

Worst service in the business. Never on time, lost items never found, pay next day delivery service and it never comes the next day and you are never told why. THE WORST!

They say they delivered my package but it never came.

Had Fedx delivery, not for this address. Drivers are useless, just stick it on anyone's doorstep and let them sort it! Wouldn't use Fedx no better than Hermes!

FedEx has changed the delivery day three times now still haven't got my package it's been 3 days in Illinois for some reason. Good thing there's other competition
