Worst service ever. Stupid phone help. Can't believe Fedex which I consider the best, is now the worst. Hopefully you go bankrupt?

Awful!! My package was supposed to arrive yesterday. All day it said it would be delivered by 8 pm. It wasn't. Now it says will be delivered today. We'll see. When they delivered an expensive phone to me they just threw it at the porch.

What's taking so long and off date in Dubai on my package yet we pay for these things expensively and we expect to get things on time , because by 29th my package would have reached but it's like you guys want to save the money first while delaying us honestly we don't mean to disrespect you but your clientele handle is so poor

Hopefully it’s the app off. I ordered weeks ago. It shows my order above me and bouncing back below me. This is so disappointing! Was to get it within days of order which, if fit spot on, was plenty of time for vacation. Now, I have no clue where it is or when I’ll receive it! First time ordering with company and may very well be the last.

How can fedex be so much worst than ups. One cannot distinguish what is the tracking information and what is an ad in this tool! And it is wrong!!!! Really bad!

package supposed to be delivered today before 4:30. Kept getting tracking updates of the same. Finally got a foreign customer service rep who spoke broken English. She tell me my package is delayed in Memphis because of a thunder storm. Absolute lie. It is outside Richmond, VA and have no idea when I will get it. It has to signed for and I do not want to wait for days. This is ridiculous!!

Horrible ... says I should have received pkg on Friday.. then delayed .. then it was in my city and then goes to another city 30 miles away .. 4 days later still not delivered ..

I went to FedEx did all my paperwork properly the employee put on the system how she wanted to put the information it’s been four weeks plus and my package did not reach where it supposed to be I’m not impress

FedEx has lost my package in their Memphis hub and has no idea where it is. I have talked to 2 Cust service reps and waiting to see if they can located. USPS has a better tracking system than FEx , as least I see every scan and know where my package is and when to be delivered

Poor communication with customers. Never ever meet delivery dates. I perfer not to do business with FedEx. I hate having to have packages delivered from them.
