My package said Delivered and there was no package at my house so I called FedEx and they told me that I have to call The sender to open a claim when they have it on their website that the package was delivered I provided my address and they told me they can’t give me the address that’s on the paper which doesn’t make any sense because if I give you the right address you can just say that address is wrong or the address is correct I just think they have bad customer service and they keep losing peoples packages

Delivery of a shipment scheduled for March 21 has not yet been delivered on this March 30th. I'd rate this as a minus number if that was available.

An email stated that my package supposed to arrive yesterday (Mar 29, 2022), but I never got it. Now there’s no new update other than shipment arriving at Woodbridge Ontario on March 26 on the website. What’s going on?

Unhappy with how my package was delivered. It was thrown onto my porch.. This is not the 1st time packages from FedEx have just been thrown onto my porch. I hope you teach your couriers to have a little more respect for items customers purchase.

If you think FedEx is bad try USPS, my packages sit in the Memphis terminal for months. At least with FedEx and UPS I get my packages within a day of 2 of the est. Arrival time.

This service is a joke

Bad delivery service. I still waiting for my package, it took over 2 weeks to deliver. The assistant isn't friendly when customers went to the shipping center to complement.

They lie when they tell you your package will be here before a certain time then it doesn't come it's been delayed after you pay extra to get here faster that's a rip off!!!

Didn't receive package ? where was it drop off

Terrible delivery service. Wastes too much of the customers time. Delivery are not on time at all. Maybe a few days later

The tracking app is very confusing. My package says it is going to TN, but should be arriving in NM.
