They have been playing with my phone they were suppose to deliver it yesterday but they left it behind and then a stupid forner said due to bad weather in Greenville nc they couldn't deliever it but the manager said it would be today

Fedex is garbage my package was ordered on 03-11-2022 for delivery on 3/17/2022 and it's still not delivered today and the location of my package has been in NJ for damn near 2 weeks this is UNACCEPTABLE

I couldn't tell you how many times I have been waiting for a package and received a message that it will be delayed another day. I just had an issue having paid for "next day" service only to wait until the next day. I don't get the impression that the people on ground level at the company really care if you get your package or not.

it shows my package was delivered but it was not .i asked for fed ex to look into this and they have not done anything.they said there was nothing they can do

They claim they attempted to deliver my pkg twice which was a lie. Everytime I called they said ok we will deliver again and never did. The people on phone want you to give them a good rating which I refuse to do. Fedex is the worst. I wish I could give them a minus zero

You show that my package was delivered. Where was it delivered to? I never received the package! There's no one to talk to. Your driver evidently delivered my package to the wrong address! Piss-poor company!
