The delivery is to late and wrong place

FedEx is the most irresponsible and most ridiculous delivery company that I have ever dealt with! They have lost my order and delivered them to the wrong address. And all they have said is that they have no way of finding them. They are horrible in my opinion.

I’m waiting for a order and the orden is in Jacksonville since 3 weeks ago. IRS not moving #61299998941655099857

Service is abysmal! I paid extra for delivery by Tuesday on an order placed on Sunday. I was assured a successful delivery. NOTHING! Not a happy camper!

Bad company to send or update notifications

FedEx is an absolute loser company We have paid so much money to have medical devices sent overnight with the special fees they can't even get it there second day it shows up third and fourth day. This is turned out to be a loser company We are leaving them as a medical company.

Fed x driver needs to quit wasting his time my time and fed x time. He does not honk at the gate. I do not stand at my gate all day!

There was no option to 0 stars. Fed ex was once very reliable, but you all fell off the cliff. Terrible service anymore. Cannot depend on you for anything!

Delivery time is very slow...package sitting in Concord, NC now for the 4th day and no delivery date. This is a very consistent pattern.

Great app, when tracking your package. Not having to guess where it is.

I am giving a one star review because even though the package was delivered it might occur to the delivery person to check the address and make sure that it's correct. My package was delivered to the residence across the street from the ACTUAL CORRECT ADDRESS. Is it really too much to ask for people to pay attention to their jobs ?. There are houses on both sides of the street. Mine has yellow siding.IT IS NOT BRICK. PAY ATTENTION!!!!

Never got a package and try to contact someone you get the run around?

Terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a bunk bed, when they dropped it off I could hear the slam from inside. They dropped it off on the side of the road, half way in my driveway the other half on the street. When they literally dropped it off the truck the box spit and one of the boards broke. I didn’t think any screws got out but apparently I was wrong. Tried to leave and no I have a flat tire. FedEx is actual trash and so are their drivers.

On time- 3/5 Handling -8/5 yea a negative 8. Iv seen them throw packages. Iv had missing items due to busted boxes. Also broken items in busted boxes.
