Terrible service should be band from being allowed to deliver packages!

Package still sitting at wrong address 200 miles away

My package was suppose to be delivered last Friday and all the updates are saying is that it’s countryside US. Absolutely ridiculous, horrible experience

Always takes ages

Left my package at the doctors office a block away. Absolutely ridiculous.

Every time FedEx gets one of my packages they either lose it can't find it on a different vehicle they messed up my shipment every single time my package that was supposed to been delivered on Monday yesterday was sitting in Forest Park Georgia Ellenwood Georgia and I'm in McDonough Georgia my package did not get delivered like it said it was on your tracking service it is now Tuesday March 29th 2022 my package is sitting three and a half hours Concorde North Carolina Northeast of Charlotte do y'all have anybody that has any sense did deliver packages that are not lost broken why did my package have to go from 20 minutes away from me 4 hours away now it's got to come back the Georgia it originated in Reno Nevada and this goes all the way across the United States past my business which is 20 minutes away 2 North Carolina what was y'all going taking me to the beach

If you want your package lost go with FedEx. Customer service is atrocious and locations in the same state claim they can't communicate with each other to help you. They also lie and say the address is incorrect so they don't have to deliver.

I’ve never had any bad experiences, everything has been on time if not early.

They say it will arrive early an when I go check tracking number day it should arrive it says it will be here tomorrow. What a waste of time I will use UPS now on.

Packages left on the side of road not delivered to a secure location. Would not recommend fedex for delivery because of this. If possible use a different shipper , one who cares about doing the job properly

I still don't know where my package is because nothing is updated and this company is a joke cause it says track your package why track it you can't see nothing besides the same stuff for days.. Very poor business..

Very poor service My package supposed to be here since last Friday until now no updates ?

They said that my bike electric bike would be here on Monday late afternoon on the 28th of March it's not here it's in Fayetteville Arkansas according to tracking little bit disappointed you can't believe what they tell you

Never again if I can avoid Fedex, horrible experience, unacceptable service.
