Great job FedEx working hard so glad thanks

I was supposed to receive my package on Friday! The company always sends it ON TIME! Fed ex is affecting my diet and energy plan as my supplements are in this package! Next time fed ex should deliver directly to the Jeffersonville IN or Louisville KY hub and not greenwood and go north to Indianapolis!

My shipment change date twice someone called me Sunday night and say that it will be delivered tomorrow morning at 9 or 10 I've been waiting on you all day this is three days and I've wasted 3 days waiting on FedEx

Worst Service. Avoid if it's possible.

Total garbage! Total trash service! Not even 0ne star! A Cubean star maybe!

We import silver jewellery primarily from Thailand. In the past , FedEx Express was a two day service. They’d ship to me on Monday and like clockwork, it would arrive on Wednesday, customs cleared. Like clockwork. The service has been getting progressively worse.My last package, shipped in February took 14 days. It would have taken longer had I not made a pest of myself. after 10 days. It arrived in Mississauga on a Monday l, cleared customs in a couple of hours and I got the package on Thursday. Currently I had a package shipped from Italy which was shipped on Wednesday, Cleared customs the same day. It’s Monday now and still in Mississauga.

Even after paying priority shipping FedEx shipment is never delivered on time and the tracking details are not correct and it’s worthless. Also the 1-800 customer service number is pathetic. Nobody answers, then why say you have 25x7 customer service.

This is the worst shipping company I've ever seen. I've been waiting on a package supposedly stuck in the Memphis hub for nearly a month. Their putting the shaft to me and the shipper. Customer service done nothing but make excuses. If I could've avoided using FedEx...I would've.

Very poor service. Website very difficult to use. Waited in all day for parcel last delivery 6.00pm. Friday. Don't delivery weekend and had to wait until Monday. Get your act together Fedex or you will lose a lot of customers.

Day 4 and no update. Package is just sitting 4 hours away for 2 days. But came from Pennsylvania is 2 days? Don't make sense

Worse experience with FedEx... My Goods are nowhere to delivery. Last 7 days showing pending update. Done a great mistake to chose the delivery. Never anymore.

Worst shipping company ever.

Fed ex can’t even reroute a package they have in their possession. The websites automated chat just sends you in circles. The customer service line doesn’t help either. I suspect they are asking the automated chat for help because I got the same answers.
