Poor customer service.

I Exsprenced 100% Satisfaction..

I always find these Ladie & Gentlemen always do there Best Fethermore I have always been completely satisfied with FedEx. 100%

This is so pathetic saying my package will arrive today March 27th. But according to the tracker the package has been in Cubero, New Mexico since Friday afternoon the 25th of March. Now according to the tracker I won't receive my package until the 29th of March. If I have my choice I would not use FedEx again. Not even worth a Star I would give them a big fat 0. And this comes from a former FedEx employee.

I will never use them again

The fedex driver never buzzed my appartment and i have no idea which fed ex the package is at… wow

It hasn’t updated for the past week and I’ve tired to get a status update multiple times but still nothing. Definitely not using fedex again

Sent me an email telling me to be home for a package(signature required) and didnt arrive, now track #says pending...

Unfortunately Amazon has Fed Ex beat in the dependability department. They lost my mother's urn but luckily Amazon came through.

They can't even find my house they said that is wrong address what idiots I will never use them again

FedEx stated they delivered a package and when confronted that they didn’t they said there was a system error that gave a delivered status. Then told phone would be delivered that evening. Never came. Next day told package can’t be located. They put a delivered status on package so as not to get a charge back from Asurion /AT&T for not delivery on time. The. Lose the package!!!

Would not trust there shipping. They have no accountability of delivery. They say they delivered and that's it. Very poor customer service.

Never on time and incredibly hard to get a knowledgeable service rep on the phone to help.

I post my parcel to India emergency parcel fast delivery with FedEx they said it will deliver mar24 , 2022 send date Mar 17 but parcel still not delivered very disappointing I spend $92 dollars on this parcel because they said it fast but I think it its slow then slow I request everyone don't send parcel with FedEx bad experience ?

Anytime I order something online and FedEx is the carrier that is used for delivery I already suspect that there will be trouble. Packages are lost, delayed, but never ON TIME! Never once had an issue with UPS, maybe some lessons from them are in order.
