This is the worst shipping company the delivery person lie and when you call customer service they all give you a different excuse

Package was suppose to be here yesterday. Still sitting in the same warehouse for third day now. No updates.

Waited all day package never showed up try calling get people you can't understand. Worthless totally worthless. FedEx stinks... UPS hands down.

Our package was to be delivered today and it is no where near delivery!

This morning i track my package during the afternoon and evening time fedex is acting up,i can’t even get through anymore,should fedex get people money with this poor service ?

Friday March 25 my package was to be delivered. Not package. Delay. Email telling my package will be delivery on March 26 by 8pm no package.

How this company survives? Is delay the delivery, I checked the tracking number provided and none information

Fed Ex used to be awesome. Now they can't make a delivery on time. Last delivery with Fed Ex I never got package.

I paid for "the next day delivery" and its been 48 hours!!! Still nothing! I was soooo happy with the service! Now....

Going on 2 days late.

Inaccurate in location of package Should have been here by now.Keeps going back to same facility.

App is confusing and info inaccurate. Finally got a live person who was honest enough to tell me what was going on and why.

Horrible service horrible customer service flat lied to me then delayed my packages 2 days never trust fedex...

Paid $310 for priority on 3/21. Package is still waiting to be cleared. We have called nimbus times for help with why this package has not been delivered. You are still responseable for this package. I am due to leave where I should have gotten the package. I am looking for a refund and my package nerds to be returned to me now. If this package is not return by Thursday next week. I will be looking for a Lawyer.

Shipped our package in the morning on Wednesday the 23 March by Saturday the package is still sitting in Phoenix these people are horrible I’ll never use FedEx again
