Trying to sign in to fedex website to “take more control of your delivery” and see what time it will be here and it only says “we are having trouble establishing a connection. Please refresh the page” then makes me resign in… also I paid for 3 day shipping and should have gotten here a day earlier… I paid extra money and I expect on time delivery. I guess I’ll have to wait to see if the package is damaged in anyway smh

Overnight delivery did not occur and wasn’t able to receive my computer for my new job. Tried to change delivery address, could not do that either. Needed this package before Monday and all locations seem to be closed on Sunday.

My package has been sent to Michigan but it should have went to Webster, Tx it's way over due here in Texas.

At one time FedEx set the standard for the delivery of important documents and items. Today they have fallen so far down as to not be worth the risk to ever utilize! Package tracking is a joke, and actual delivery is never certain. Use FedEx for anything of value, and you will be sorry!

My package was left downstairs, didn’t deliver in front of my door.

I paid $95.00 for next day that’s was suppose to deliver today at 12:00pm and you failed the package didn’t arrive!!! I deserve a refund at list a discount…!

Pd Xtra money to have delivery in morning. Now won't be delivered till end of the day.

Was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago keeps saying they will try again the next business day but I'm still waiting

Waiting for weeks to get my test strips and they still are not here. I dont know if it's the weather or what but the delivery date keeps getting pushed back. Last time it was changed to the 14th of February and that came and went ... today is February 24th and still not test strips. I need my medical supplies.
