That UPS was bad that FedEx is beating them badly can't get the box there on time lose my money and they don't do a thing for you I'm going back to you UPS I rate them a zero

My package was left in my flower bed and I never got the confirmation email that it was delivered

Called got no help finding my package..

Great service has always been delivered on time or ahead of schedule . I always ship FedEx. JRC. MO.

You all need to update your auto system it sucks I would not rate at all but the 1 star was the lowest

Where is my package ?

I received a package today missing 3 out of 4 items which FedEx stated it was delivered my apt manager watched him leave one tiny crochet hook in the lobby said everything was delivered I'm so pissed off paid extra for faster service

Have a video of a box they delivered today. It was raining outside. The top of the box was open. One corner was ripped almpst ripped all the way open. What is the worst is our ring camer showed the driver throwing/dropping the box on our porch.

Always on time or early delivery never a problem here in Pennsylvania

Was home all day. Checked ring after seeing note on my door. Guy tapped on the door so lightly my dog didn’t even hear it. He stood there for a few minutes then put on the note on the door without even knocking again or ringing the doorbell. Now I can’t track it. Terrible website

Rubbish service. Will not use again

Always horrible service from FedEx. Always late. Crab cakes supposed to arrive on Wednesday but not delivered. Probably will be thawed and no good when they finally get here. I can't stand Fedex.

Almost always issues when they deliver.

Terrible service--cant track package--LOST?-'--will FEDEX reimburse me if my purchase is lost due to their terrible, terrible service ?---you deserve ZERO stars !!!!
