They always lose my packages. Because my house sets further back in the block. So far I have two missing packages from them. Never have a problem with Amazon , Ups, Usps .I order a lot of things offline . Never have I actually received a package from fed ex that I didn't have a problem with

FedEx is NOT a reliable delivery service at ALL they told me I had to wait until next week to get my order when it clearly says my package will be here by tomorrow

FedEx customer services told me she arranged for my parcel to be delivered next week and today I get a notification saying that they will be delivered today. Plus it is nearly impossible getting through to them. Appalling service.
