I ordered a power surge protector outlet with twelve plus ins on it but every single day I keep being told it's going to show up today but it never does so I'm sorry but I can can only give 1 star this is pitiful

Always delivered undamaged and as scheduled.

Late on delivery by a week

I'm not getting any updates in my order. It says that I should get it by Feb 3. Well today is the 4th. I haven't received anything.

I am an OTR Truck driver and spending my 6th day broke down at Loves above Winston Salem NC just across border into VA. This was first part shipped and the Fertilizer plant fire next to your facility prevented delivery since Wed. We had another part shipped from MO., It got snowed in. So I was looking at 10 days of sitting twiddling my thumbs. Much to my surprise I checked the FedEx tracking site just now and according to app and automated voice service My package hopefully wil arrive today on this Fri. Instead of the snowed in package on Monday Looking forward to hitting the rad. Thanks for getting up and running after the fire evacuation as soon as you could.

Horrible service...difficult to contact

My package is missing and I have any information about

Again, my standard overnight is 2 days late and the tracking is putting it at ????. Way to screw over your customers FedEx.

My courier is still in transit.. but i spent alot of money for express courier.. its more than one week still not delivered.

Still waiting on a package that was supposed to arrive Monday now it Friday. It's sat in Austell for 2days and they won't allow me to pick up, and I go by there 5 to 6 days a week.

Horrible, we use fed ex to deliver paychecks and they are never on time. Sometimes a day late and day it's expected at the end of day. For one what time is the of day and two customer service was zero help. It's 9:25 pm here and still have not received our package!

Where is my package? No updates and not received

We heard a LOUD THUMP!! It wasn't a knock on the door it was our parcel being THROWN on our concrete front porch. No knock on the door, no doorbell. Just throw it and Run!!! I really hope something IS damaged inside!!!! This is what leads to parcel theft. The delivery people Do Not knock or ring doorbells anymore!!!!!!!
