On January 31, 2022, I visited your Bloomfield Store in order to return a package to Wayfair. I was unfamiliar with Wayfair 's return practices but the young woman who was helping me, Sylvia 0461, knew what to do. Realizing I wasn't computer savvy, she accessed the return shipping label saving me more than$150. I wanted you to know that Sylvia provided exceptional customer service to a senior citizen who was not even aware there was a return label. Thank you Sylvia!!

My package was left sitting in my driveway in the rain. Box was soaking wet when I found it. Not sure why they didn't bring it to my porch instead of sitting it in my driveway, halfway to my house.

Fed Ex cannot seem to deliver anything on time these days. Packages always arrive days late, and sometimes an entire week late. It is very frustrating.

FedEx are hopeless. Told me my package would be delivered on 1/2, it wasn't, then I was told it will be delivered the next day so entered tracking number to be told it had been delivered, it hasn't!!! What am I supposed to do now??

Package not delivered although Amazon states it was delivered in a blizzard January 29th

They seem get thing wrong every other delivery. Last week they delivered to the wrong location but sorted it out the same day. Another package was supposed to be here on Friday. Tody is Tuesday night and their tracking shows it has not moved since last Friday halfway across the U.S.A.

This Delivery Carrier is always lousy, if I had a choice i would ask the Sellers not to ship any of my orders with FedEx.
