Im at my apartment, just waiting for my package and when I opened the door, there it is.. a doortag!! You don’t let me change delivery address, and never knock the door, what I should do? ((Let me know the exact hour and i will be outside waiting for the package)) worst delivery ever

You guys seem to can't find my place you always say there's no such address which there is

I ordered an item from Amazon thats supposed to reach me by the end of the work day today, but I'm in San Francisco and the only progress my package has made according to FedEx is that it reached Ohio last week and has stayed there since. So here we are on the day my package is supposed to arrive and it's still just sitting there, over 2000 miles away, as it has been for a week. This service--or lack thereof-- is weak. I can only hope for a miracle now, and pray that I'm not about to lose $200 to FedEx's lame service.

It always takes forever and sometimes don’t deliver to the correct place. Also the driver never leaves the package on the porch. I have noted before that I am disabled and to put it on the porch chair. It gets right in front of the screen door so you can’t get it unless you go out down the ramp and around. Just infuriates me.

Mi experiencia ha sido muy buena con Fedex, el paquete llegó sin ningún contratiempo.

I ordered an item on Amazon, the seller use FedEx to deliver the item. The expected delivery date has passed but to did not received anything. I log on my Amazon account it shown the item was delivered on 29th December. I tracked the item with the tracking number provided and it was delivered to the wrong address. So annoy this mistake can happen. Luckily Amazon refunded me.

Un excusable service.. Ordered through Amazon and they used Fed Ex ? never again completely in effecient and the reps/ Manager excuses but no results!! Livid!!

Completely in effecient!! The reps and manager had excuses but no results never will I again order through Amazon if any of the sellers use Fed Ex

January 10th 2022. Paid for Express overnight from Houston to Phoenix. It is now January 12th and it's still sitting in the Phoenix Distribution Center. Just awful
