Paid for expedited shipping! Of course, it's not here when they started it would be!

I understand there’s a shortage of working citizens in this country right now, but my package was supposed to be here on a Monday and it’s Wednesday night and tracking says it hasn’t moved since Monday morning. Come on FedEx, get it together.

The worst way to ship anything

Agent at Columbus Ms terminal very cordial. Helped me select shipment options. Printed label, took payment, and I was on my way. Transaction couldn’t have taken more than 5 minutes.Tracking shows package to be right on schedule given at the counter. Thank you FedEx

We have paid for overnight guarantee a few times and each time the package has arrived two to three days late. When we called customer and I asked them why we don't get any type of credit or reimbursed even partially we were simply told "sorry there I nothing we can do about that" I am terribly disappointed in the service we have received. At the very least they should not guarantee their service when they simply don't follow through with that commitment

If I could give a zero I would

My order shows delvered on Tuesday and it was not delivered. Instructions were to deliver to my apt.door and it was not we video cameras in building and it show no fed x deliveries. Im not happy about this.

Once again my package was left on a neighbor's porch...4 days ago, and my neighbor just found it and delivered it to me today!! This couldn't have been the regular driver, he can read our house number! So frustrating, wondering who got my package!

Horrible service! I’ve NEVER received an overnight package on time. Most overnight parcels take a minimum of 3 days to arrive! I plead with businesses and other shippers not to use FedEx because of the constant delays and late arrivals… I wish I could give zero stars!

Terrible. I've been waiting for this diabetes testing sensor since 31 December 2021. Here it is January 12. I see the package was here in Sacramento on 7 Jan. Why did it go to South San Francisco and then to Tracy. I leave for 4 days tomorrow afternoon. How about getting it to me before I leave tomorrow at 4PM.

Item was a check that was left on the floor next door and the address was right he left it at the wrong address. I have a big red white and blue number sign in front of my house. You have to try and get it wrong ver sad work ethic

Paid for overnight delivery & pkg has not been delivered & it’s over 24 hrs

Package was supposed to be here yesterday. Parts for a hot water heater. Had plumber set up and had to cancel. Still not here. Unacceptable.
