The package is was delivered outside the building no front door

Fed ex is the worst.

Package accepted by FedEx on 4June24 expected delivery 7June25 package in transit 11June24 from last known location 7June24 still no package.

Ordered from Amazon. Shipped via FedEx. Received msg that a delivery was attempted unsuccessfully and they will try again in two days. My husband & I were home all day...they didn't knock at all so weren't aware an attempt to deliver was made. Signed up for FedEx Delivery Manager so I could 'manage my delivery'. Supposedly I would get text msgs about delivery. Luckily I checked day after 1st delivery attempt cuz they delivered the order one day ahead of time...again no knocking, no text msgs, no anything. Our mailbox is 1/10 of mile away from our house. 2 HUGE HEAVY boxes...my 78 yr old husband and I (69 yr old) had to drive to where boxes were, lug boxes into car and drive back to house. If I had a choice, I would absolutely NEVER EVER use FedEx.

Packages get thrown on the porch instead of deposited in the safe mail deposit box. Some got stolen .

Horrible service, the order got split in 2 deliveries 4 days apart. Contacted shipper to verify the process. FedEx is not capable to professionally conduct delivery service....

I am trying to track a package that was said to be delivered I could not find it. Went to the website to get answers but to get some one to talk to me they were going to charge my account $46 . How great is that going to charge me for their mistake

Alert said package was deliver and left in garage. When I got home it was in the middle of the driveway. Not the first time.

I never received my item and now nobody take responsibility. I lost my money. That day I was at home and I didn't hear the door bell or see nothing in my front door. Is a shame, what those FedEx drivers are doing?.

Not very happy with Fed Ex tracking sucks!

We have been waiting for our package since Saturday June 8 that was supposed to be overnighter on Saturday and here it is 12:39 on June 11th and still no package and they tried to say that they tried to deliver it yesterday but that was a lie because we were home all day waiting

FEDEX IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! NO ONE GIVES DIFINITIVE INFORMATION! I AM PAYING FOR AN ITEM THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE! THEY ARE THE WORST!

Never received my box fedex left in another house and now my packet is lost

I can't give less than zero....of I could the zeros would be infinite. Have another package lost now!!!!!!
