My package has not reached

Tracking No. 735615826005 for my delivery of my package from FedEx was marked for today, June 11, 2024, between 10:30 am to 2:20 pm. I was home all day waiting for this package to arrive and it did not come. I received an email on June 11, 2024 at 5:20 pm stating that they tried to deliver my package but stated the customer was not home. THIS IS NOT TRUE! As mentioned above, I WAS HOME ALL DAY. I watched a large Fed-Ex truck drive by my building, 45 Livingston Road, at 4:45 pm and it did not stop. This is completely unacceptable to me. I am very upset and disappointed with FedEx especially because I waited all day for this package only to have the driver say the customer was not home when, in deed, I was at home. Shameful!! Thank you for your time.

I don't like weekends deliver my package arrive at another address not mine, the family known my husband and brought the package to our house. We thank him for being a good and honest man. Because he didn't have to bring it to the house. But their week days service are very good. Because the same person is on the route.

Your service is horrible. I had a package delivered to the wrong address just Sunday, luckily I was watching and waiting. Couldn’t get the driver attention as he had earbuds

I hate FedEx with a passion and would never advise anyone to utilize their service. They don’t care about their customers enough to knock on the door when leaving a package. Their delivery notifications app doesn’t work properly and the delivery time notifications are off by almost a hour. FedEx will tell you they don’t have to knock on the door when delivering a package unless a signature is required. I’ve got over 10 packages stolen not knowing companies are using fedex until the last minute. I’ve never had a stolen package with USPS, DHL(they call you when pulling up to your door) or UPS. They care and have excellent customer service unlike fedex. Don’t waste your time reporting a missing package to fedex or the BBB they could care less.

Wow this is crazy!! If there is an error for delivery they should of send email or texted to client! I basically wasted two days waiting packages! Wow

My package was late and I wasn’t home when it got here so someone took it and I had to order a knee one and pay extra

I haven't receive my Package from Nigeria to US since 6/4/2024. What's Happening and No update on tracking it.

FedEx is terrible, I live in a high rise building we have a mail room we also supply carts for the mail to be delivered on different floor's, there are signs saying do not leave packaged in mail room., but they do any way, I sm disabled and it an effort for me to go down and get packages. The management has spoken to the drivers but without any results. I have had several packages stolen . I thin FedEx need to listen to their customers and start doing their jobs correctly.

I have the pictures of all the places fedex drivers leave my packages, everywhere except the huge package drop box inside a walled area down at my gate clearly marked for delivery packages. Fedex must hire the people that never learned to use their eyes or read instructions clearly placed on my drop box.

I was never given a tracking number

FedEx is horrible. Most of the drivers where I live are not friendly. Every single package delivered to my house is either thrown on my steps, left at the bottom of my steps in the rain or left out by a tree on my property. I've tried complaining, I've tried calling, I've tried to confront the drivers, Why? Why are they allowed to get away with this?

I work for a federal agency and we stopped using FedEx this year. Now I know why. My package tracking is awful. The delivery date keeps changing.
