Called 8 time was hung up on 8 times, gave thr machine tracking number, but kept missing a letter or number so hang up on me got nothing just frustrating!!!

I have one word for FedEx (Trash) my package been in the same location for four days and l paid $25 for 1 to 2 days delivery. And it still haven't arrived. Trash Trash Trash.

please i lost expensive item it was camera sony 1600$ / it supposed to deliverd at juli first 2023 / unfortunately i deceided to return it to the store and the dealer said you can refuse it at delivery time and you can follow it with new tracking number .. unfourtunately it was wrong methode .. then after delivering one minute i saked the driver and she asked her manager and said take it from him .. i thought this camera has been returned to the store and i asked the dealer after 2 weeks he saud i didnt receive it and this is wrong methode you have to call fedex .. and when i called fedex they said this package has been allready delivered at juli first . and we dont know thing about this wrong returning .. and after one week i asked the driver and she contact her manager and explained him the location weher she put this pakage in .. and she said take his number and call him .. i called him and he said i will looking into it ... and after 3 days he called me and said this package has been lost and dont looking for it .!! Unfortunately this guy is the reasen of this problem becase she called him to ask him and he ( said take it from him ) and the driver said this is his fault .. and i think he found it and stole it because he said dont looking fot it agin .. and he know the exact location where she put it in ..every time i contact fedex they said we cant open investigation file after 3 monthes .. i went to the shipper in NJ to ask and he said the last update this has been delivered at juli 1 and we dont know any thing about it .... please ..realy i dont konw what should i do .. i need help . Just investigation file because the driver still remember me and if you ask her she can help

very poor service i will never do again by fedex i gave 100$ for express now 3 days already nd we dnt knw wheres our package and i already lose 1200$ for this
