Thus is absolutely ridiculous. The first pkg never arrived at my place. FedEx delivered it to the wrong place. There was a check inside. Now the 2nd on was supposed to arrive Sat and it’s not here yet. The tracking says it’s in Memphis TN and the tracking map shows it’s in LA. Where the hell is my pkg FedEx!! Horrible service!!!!!

I Been waiting on my package over two weeks now an have not received it they can't tell me anything they are the worst company I have ever seen I do not like fedFx Some of them put your package any were

Still no 10lb package coming from San Francisco to Boston and it’s been 10 days ! Handled so many times it’s probably damaged by now. Fedup doesn’t offer tracking like wonderful UPS !

Was told my package would arrive by 2:00 p.m. yesterday. When it didn't arrive by the scheduled time, I called customer service and was told there was a problem with a shipping label. I had called out of work because I didn't want to leave my package unattended on the porch. I missed a day of work for nothing. Why was I not informed about the problem with the shipping label beforehand?

The business was opened. Fedex never came. I was there and other people were there waiting for the delivery. I was told they would ship delivery to a local store the following day. It was a no show!

FEDEX tracking system is not user friendly and does not provide the good status of whereabout my package. Also no clear information when it will be delivered to the destination. I do not experience these problems when package delivered through DHL.

According to tracking my package is on weather delay for 5 days now. There is no foul weather between me and my package.

I have a question about delivery

My package not yet arrived to the destination though shipped about 4 days ago. The online tracking system is very poor and does not provide clear status of the whereabout the package.

I wish I didn't have to use FedEx, they delivered one box and didn't deliver my second box. I'm thinking very seriously about doing away with my subscription and fedex deliveries.

WOW... The worst tracking website I've seen yet. Your being paid to ship, get rid of the adds. And I have NO idea where my package is at this point.

One of the worst service.parcel sent from us on priority charge basis (around 23,000 rupees).but still they are not bothered after 5 days.

bought flowers and another package with it. 1800 flowers said they were both delivered. Was able to get it resolved, but poor delivery if both were not delivered at the same time. The receiptant said this never happens, neighbors packages are left for days no problem,?
