Horrible all the way around. Clueless customer service, completely uncaring/concerned drivers! This company could care less about their customers, the only thing they care about is making money off you using you using the services available. They are the worst! Worst of all, they never have information and trying to track on the website is a waist of time! We’ll the guy in a viral video posted buy on of their workers (in their facility) did say ….as he was throwing packages carelessly “FedEx don’t give a damn about your packages”! Need I say more?!

Tracking system is awful. Signed up to track a package. They are going to MAIL me an activation code. That will take 10 days. My package is due in 2.
