I hate FedEx my package has been out for delivery for 2 days and never got dropped off now I have to wait longer for my part for my hot water don't ever use fedex

The worst ever,take forever to ship packages

Rarely ever delivers on the delivery date. Very rough with packages.

No updates just a time before 1:30 and I waited all day for my new cell phone I contacted customer service several times and it's been 4 days and still did not receive my package I paid for over night shipping very disappointed ☹️ never again

The slowest around, my package went from California, to Minnesota..?? I live in Washington. Mailed on the 30th and it’s the 8th ?? Why did it go to Minnesota?? I’ll up date if I ever receive my package.

I missed their 3 attempts to drop off my packaged ,and when I tried to call and scheduled a pick up their computer helper was no help so now I have no idea were my package is

It would have been nice to let your customers know that you would not be delivering packages due to weather delay in our area. We had clear weather until late afternoon. I usually receive my deliveries no later than 11 a.m. I knew that they were already delayed by weather from the company I ordered from. I was supposed to receive it yesterday. Waited till 6 p.m. and nothing so I finally checked my delivery numbers on you sight. I know you have a lot to deliver but notifications go a long way. Thank you for your time in this matter.

My package has. been sitting at a FedEx location 10 miles from my house for 3 days. It was scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday. Then got changed to Thursday. Now there's no delivery date. I would go pick it up but I can't get ahold of anyone to tell me where to go.

Yesterday, at last, the package, appeared to have Dupont to be delivery to it's destination by 8:00 PM. However, once again the package was a no-show.

I suppose FedEx sends my packages twice as far as it's needed to go and spend extra days doing so, because it saves them money? Package originated in PA. Was sent to OH, then GA to arrive in VA?? Another time also originated in PA. Sent to WV then to VA - good, right? THEN to NC and back to VA for delivery. Seriously?? I appreciated all the work it takes to get packages from one place to another and especially the drivers, but routing is just nonsensical from the customer's view due to all the wasted miles and extra days required.

Ordered a week ago, now my package is sitting at some random apartment complex in the next state over. It literally would have taken more time and effort to go there than to just bring it here, too.
