Was a 2 day delivery after the first day couldn't track for 3 days then on the 5 day it showed up on the tracker sixth day still hasn't moved

If I could give FedEx zero stars I would. Yes, the weather has been crap. Yes, there have been holidays involved. But I have been told twice now that my package was on the truck and out for delivery that day and I rearranged my whole schedule to be home for these deliveries and I still haven’t gotten my package two weeks later. I’ve been told that I would be called by someone and no one has called me. I’m ready to call the Washington state Attorney General‘s office and file a consumer complaint.

FedEx is not reliable lately. From empty drop boxes, to not delivering on time and changing destination addresses on their whim. MINUS 5 STARS. Their customer service hangs up on you when you call, or makes lame excuses, or outright lies to you about delivery. May change to UPS.
