Package was supposed to be here between the 5th and 7th now it won't be here till the 13th...

Was a 2 day delivery after the first day couldn't track for 3 days then on the 5 day it showed up on the tracker sixth day still hasn't moved

Nothing arrives on time

If I could give FedEx zero stars I would. Yes, the weather has been crap. Yes, there have been holidays involved. But I have been told twice now that my package was on the truck and out for delivery that day and I rearranged my whole schedule to be home for these deliveries and I still haven’t gotten my package two weeks later. I’ve been told that I would be called by someone and no one has called me. I’m ready to call the Washington state Attorney General‘s office and file a consumer complaint.

To slow packcage delevery from México I pay exprés

FedEx is not reliable lately. From empty drop boxes, to not delivering on time and changing destination addresses on their whim. MINUS 5 STARS. Their customer service hangs up on you when you call, or makes lame excuses, or outright lies to you about delivery. May change to UPS.

This is the 2nd package that FedEx was supposed to have delivered and I NEVER received either package! I would give 0 stars if possible!

Overnight still not here 2nd day later

Said it would be here on one day. Two days later I’m still waiting. I know the weather probably had something to do with it, but I should be at least notified of the delay.

It's terrible that my parcel is sensitive to temperature and there is big delay in delivery! I lost my money and time because of your poor management!
