I lose a few package no good service

I hate FedEx you could be more accurate on your package whereabout ups is better then you all

Awful. No contact from them. Not delivered and no way of getting in touch with this second rate company

Delivery man to 16 summer Street in Porter, ME went above and beyond this morning! He brought box up onto my porch and placed it up out of the snow! Please look him up and commend him!!!

I love watching my important packages sit in recieving for days while i await them. Also, you gotta love the awesome delivery date guessing game.

Email I received had FedEx # included, made it easy to see where package was at, and the visual map is quite a nice feature.

I paid $70 for my parcel to be overnighted and they promised next day 4 o’clock this is the third day and I didn’t arrive yet

Left a perishable Omaha meat delivery at a closed business on a main highway .. no phone call just plain irresponsible …. It was a cold day however (snow) many animal tracks on steps & porch …. Left at 1345pm phone call why not …. I find fedex irresponsible on other deliveries in this rural area … will never accept FedX will go us mail instead … ups would never do this …. This is not first time fdx Has left packages like this -3rating
