Tracking a oackage is hopeless. You get stuck with outdated info. Waste of time

Tracking system is a joke and is very unreliable.No one at FedEx can tell me when my product will arrive.

They say they delivered my package but didn't get it. Now its supposedly in some office in another city. Totally disappointed

FedEx is reliably unreliable. I had an order overnighted for a surgical case for work. Not only was the package not delivered, but I was told by customer service that it was at a facility for me to pick up. It was not there. Then this evening I was told the package was re-routed to a facility even closer to my home. There is no delivery date scheduled. I do not have the package in time for what I need it for, and my business may lose about $30,000 as a result. The customer service team is incompetent.

Yal are 3 days late on getting my package to AutoZone so that's three days I've had to miss work FedEx is taking from my kids cause yal are preventing me from working I will never use FedEx again long as I live an everybody that lives in my community agrees with me says there done using FedEx to

Didnt deliver as promised

Waiting for my delivery for 4 hours no response site shows in transit supposed to be delivered at 5pm and it is 0745

My shoes were stolen my either the FedEx workers at the facility or the driver. I placed a complaint. Immediately after I opened the package. Only one pair of my shoes are here...I called Steve Madden and they said they NEVER SEND PACKAGES OF DOUBLE ORDERS SEPARATELY. THE MAN SAID TWO PAIR OF SHOES SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE BOX.

Fed ex stinks waiting on a package I ordered last week. Suppose to be here yesterday. Said the weather was bad.Its just raining. This isn't the 1st time, but it's the last time.

My package was delayed 1 day, but today I still didn’t receive it and there was no additional updates of why. Amazon does a much better job at delivering on time when they say they will. Very upset as I needed that package today.

I am totally disappointed that my package have not arrived as scheduled. I was assured it was to arrive in New York on Jan. 5, 2022. It has not arrived yet.
