It the worst..if Chewy doesn't want to lose my account then they will to give the contract to someone else...they have been telling all week that my shipment will be here...yesterday it said today before the end of the day now it says it's in Grand Junction CO...IT NEEDS TO BE HERE IN IDAHO NOW...I didn't order this because I didn't need it...this is a monthly issue no matter what I do.

Package was delivered to the wrong address, tried to find it address they delivered to and no help at all. I advised everyone sending packages to me to not use FedEx. Probably got dumped off in a ravine somewhere.

Been waiting for a month now for my package. It was picked up Dec 3 and still has not arrived. According to the tracking record it has been 55 MLS away since Dec 29 and has been out for delivery since Jan 3 rd. Unbelievable!! What good is tracking if the package never arrives. It is now Jan 6 th. a month after it was ordered and it still hasn't arrived. FYI This package was shipped within the USA.

Two times in the roll, they've lost meds. They claimed that they delivered it to my mailbox. That was BS. They are supposed to get signatures on some meds. That doesn't happen. What's going on with this company?

When I received my Fed Ex pkg today, 1/6/2022, the box was open, obviously, the tape was cut. I informed both the sender, and Fed Ex, whom informed me that the package says it was delivered on 1/4/2022 We receive pkgs daily and it WAS NOT DELIVERED UNTIL TODAY. I WATCHED THE DRIVER COME SND GO. I have pictures of the pkg. And the shipping label. The pkg. Ref# is 541062250 and the trk# is 5410 1658 1835 My name is Donna Hoaglund. Contents of the pkg. Arrived, however, my privacy has been violated and I would appreciate this being looked into further. Thank you.

I have told them 100 times do not leave my packages outside. Another one got stolen!! What is wrong with FedEx?? The absolute worst!!

Parcel not arrive on time . Tracking system need improve

FedEx mixed up mine and another persons packages. When I called was told to call back at 5, when I did they told me “everyone is gone for the weekend” (it was Friday) so I found the number of the woman who’s package I got and we exchanged our mail. She had called them as well, they instructed her to leave my package on her porch so they could pick it up and she did so, FOR TWO DAYS. No one ever followed up with either of us

Can't talk to a person at all when you call. 3 days late already.

Paid $75.00 for delivery by 10:30 AM at 12:45 still shows “out for delivery”. Horrible service at an excessive price!
