My husband has sent me 3 packages overnight in the past 2 months, none of them have arrived on time. The first one still has not arrived 6 weeks later. I received an email saying my package would arrive on time, I'm still waiting... When I checked the tracking number, it says it is still in another state, when it's suppose to have arrived already.

This is the worst place to use for shipping. They never keep you up to date on where your stuff is. They are always late on delivery’s. I wish people would use other shippers than these people. SMDH

Terrible service. I paid for arrival the 31 December- it still has not arrived. Tracking not working, you can’t speak to a person when you phone. What happened to Fed Ex? It’s worse than worse

Where is my parcel its now 3 weeks late and has been in Dartford since the 18th? What a joke of a delivery company. Tom hanks would get it here faster from a deserted island.

I was expecting a parcel from France, 2 day delivery. Sent December 21st. January 4th, tracking seems irrelevant. No coherent update. It was a Christmas present. Lack of customer service is highly disappointing.

Not a good service most of the drivers cannot even figure out how to buzz a building code and don’t attempt to deliver just leave. The most disappointing delivery service out there

Fedex constantly delivers my packages to the wrong address...or, do not follow directions. Packages are to be delivered to the back door...but are left in the front, subject to the elements and theft.
