My package has been sitting in Kansas for 5 days ?? When it should be here .

Trying to get accurate tracking is not possible through FedEx. I was suppose to receive my shipment yesterday and on the website it says today and when I called it said delivery tomorrow. Not happy with FedEx and the service they provide.

Driver never knocked on door or rang doorbell. We have a dog who would of heard and we were in all day, next time might actually be nice to get either.

I ordered two packages on the same day 20 minutes apart the first one I used free shipping, the second one I paid extra to have delivered within 3 days. Some how the free usps shipped package is beating the FedEx here and it's been more than a week

I have been waiting for one simple item since Nov 18, and not only can they not get the corrected address right, but once given instructions to do so and deliver to a whole new address, they still constantly attempt to deliver to the old incorrect address that was given on Day 1 in error. Our 73 yr old Father didn't get his Christmas present in time. We had to cancel it. Yet we are still getting emails saying it's on route. Brutal service Lower than a 1 really for me. Very very disappointed You caused me so much extra work and disappointment.

I always prefer FedEx over it’s two main competitors. This comes from three decades of private sector shipping and government and nonprofit; they are the one that has been the most consistently on time.

Your service is very poor, I have spent to much money for the shipment and yet the item hasn't been delivered, it's been 12 days since I send the item, it's from Macau to Phillipines only, seems like I'm sending it to planet Mars! Very disappointed and dissatisfied!

I wish I could give half stars. I paid extra money to receive my package but they couldn’t find it. I contacted customer service but they didn’t give me a answer either.

Very worst and can't delivery on time Make delay if parcel arrived 5 days ready its not delivered

When you pay for overnight and don't get overnight it leaves a very bad taste in your mouth. Very unpredictable and terrible for my business
