Driver refuse to deliver had to pick up

Fedex has damaged and loss my package but want to charge you $30.00-$60.00 for tracking which arrives at your house soaked in oil and damaged. Reorder a new and Fedex send message saying package would be delivered tomorrow at your address but Fedex didn't even put in on the truck. So now I got to tell my grandson the his Christmas package isn't arriving again. Fedex needs to be shutdown cause you can ship packages cheaper through the United States Postal services and at least they do their jobs and put packages on the truck for delivery instead of lying and making excuses.

Someone within the FedEx Office decided they know best options for my Christmas package...my limited edition package is still sitting in Central Florida; and, absolutely no one knows exactly when this particular package / parcel will reach me @ the KY. / TN., state line. To say the least...I am disgruntled. Regards.

My package has been sitting in a FedEx distribution location for 5 days and according to current tracking, it is still there. What is the holdup?

Like to lair to customer

You all had my package in your warehouse for 10 days before loosing it. You lied to me that it was delivered to my local post office. They have no record if it being their. I checked the tracking number again yesterday and it was back in transit. Now today its no where. I ordered that merchandise in November still haven't gotten it. Your services sucks i wouldn't advise no one to use fedex. UPS might be better next time. ?

The worst service ever, waiting for a package for 3 weeks, on tracker says its blocked in Dartford, customer service can not provide any info. Unbelievable.

They don't deliver according to their promise

If possible I would give zero! my package was expected to arrive on 12/14 and until now 12/31 It hasn't arrived!

I did not like that they left the package on the stairs below my apartment, anyone could take my package
